Mountain Stew-Pork Edition

The more I solo camp up in the mountains the more I come to enjoy that good good mountain stew. I’ve done a lot of different meals up in the Koʻolaus but I think you’ll be seeing much more of the mountain stew recipes in the future. This particular stew is a variation of what I’ve normally been doing- this stew is more of a rich broth than a thick and chunky stew.
